Great shop for my X3! Chris manages the experience with personable professionalism. Repairs were timely and costs were fair. A few questions were addressed after the repair to ensure vehicle was 100%.

LOVE this place. my dad brought me here twice and both times the service was great!! they did an oil change on my car and made sure everything was running smooth. wait time also wasn’t that long. they also gave me snacks and juice while i was waiting so that was a plus. they have very nice staff here. I will be bringing my car here to get serviced more often :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Service – They Truly Go Above and Beyond!** I cannot say enough great things about this shop and the incredible team that works there. From the moment I brought my vehicle in, they treated me with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. Their workmanship is phenomenal, and it's obvious they take great pride in doing the job right the first time. What impressed me the most was how hard they fought on my behalf with my warranty company. Anyone who has dealt with warranty providers knows how frustrating and time-consuming they can be. In my case, it took nearly a month of back-and-forth before the repair was finally approved. Throughout the entire process, the team never gave up. They made countless phone calls, submitted additional documentation, answered endless questions, and continued advocating for the repairs my vehicle genuinely needed. Most shops would have become frustrated or simply told me to deal with the warranty company myself. Not this team. They went far above and beyond what I ever expected, keeping me informed every step of the way and making sure I wasn't left to fight the battle alone. Their dedication to their customers is truly excepti

I recently brought my BMW X3 in for service and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell right away this isn’t your average repair shop, it truly feels like a dealer level euro shop disguised as a local shop. They took the time to explain everything clearly, provided detailed digital inspection photos, and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. The level of care and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in the right hands. It’s not easy finding a shop that understands European vehicles this well while still offering honest pricing and a personal touch. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone with a BMW, Audi, or any vehicle that deserves top quality service!!!

Absolutely top-tier service here. Prices are very reasonable compared to other shops I have been to. Christian is a good guy, and other customers that were there when I went in also noted that they do incredible work. Even got me in next day to do a DSG service when they were already slammed. Even stayed later after hours to make sure our vehicle was good. Look no further for your car needs than this place here. The techs are good, their advice, fixes and prices are of the best I have seen. Our S4 has found its new doctor's office.
